Q: What are you methods of shipping?
A:  Most of our products will ship via courier ground service (UPS, Fedex).  We normally don’t ship through postal service, but reserve the right to use this service if needed.  Please be sure to include your street address during Checkout that is compatible with shipping companies like UPS or FedEx.

Q: What about larger items?  
A:  Larger items (such as water storage tanks, or pallets of food) may be shipped using an LTL freight service (semi truck).  Depending on your location, you may be required to pick your order up a local depot once it arrives, if the trucking company is unable to local deliveries.  We will let you know any extra details like this once we receive and process your order.  If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us before you place your order. 

Q: Where do you products ship from? 
A:  All of our products ship from within USA.  Some products may come from our Montana warehouse, and some products may be shipped directly from our supplier to expedite your order. 

Q: How secure is your site?
A: We use leading payment providers for all online payment transactions. These payment processors use all current security measures automatically.   Your payment information is sent using secure encryption technology and is never shared with anyone outside of the payment process.  

Q:  How quickly do you process and ship my order?  
A:  We aim to get your order out the door within 2-3 business days.  However, please understand that some current situations may require additional lead times.  Larger (heavier) items that have to be shipped via truck normally require approx 2-3 weeks delivery time.   

Q: Do you ship to Canada or internationally outside of the USA?
A:  If you would like to have any of our products delivered to a destination outside of the USA, please contact us first and we can let you know your options.
